Rebel Gears did a 520 conversion on a Kineo wheel for A&J Cycles. The sprocket was also offset. Nevertheless, I'm sure Brian or someone at Rebel would be able to provide insights. Good luck.

 

Spend the money on something else, you'll never notice the difference.

 

I totally agree with you, but it's not for performance. It might offer the extra clearance for a wider rear tyre with some offset sprockets.

I can get 5mm offset in 16T, but the rear sprocket is proving hard to source.

This is another option. I should have my wheel back next week so I'll be looking to see if that's a possibility. I don't see why not. A purpose built sprocket would still be my preference if I could get one.
