I just had a look at the YouTube video too, and while I'm quite impressed at how easy it is with these, I'm not sure that I'd like to be wiping that salty crud around on my paintwork after it has been absorbed by the wipe. I think if your bike is as dirty as in the video, there really is no substitute for running water. I try to avoid high pressure cleaners, as these can often do more damage than good.
I do agree though that these wipes would be great for cleaning a slightly dirty bike; say, after a short ride in the wet (no salt); or when on holiday tours I could imagine taking some of these with me.
I had some household cleaning wipes once, from the local supermarket; (not the ones for personal toilet use), and used them for a quick bike clean and they worked great too, and cost just a couple of euros for a packet of I think, 70 or 90 or so. Just a thought...
