Really depends on what you need them for. The 24/7 support person will tell you to contact your Triumph dealer for any technical assistance and if your dealer can't solve it, you'll have to email Triumph.

That would be the number I would call if the dealer can't figure it out or they're being a PITA about it... other than that I think you should be alright lol. Thanks for the post though, it's still good to have this information.

Being not that big of a company I wouldn't be surprised if they do just that, send you to a dealer and answer simple text book questions. Most of these companies outsources and this shouldn't be any different the way i see it
