Fitted my Tec levers and my Fox rear suspension unit over the weekend and tried the bike out today.
The levers are great and look good and were fitted in about 10 minutes The Fox unit took about 45 minutes to fit and was really quite easy. I set it to mid-way on the dial which seems ideal. However, I need to ride the bike on some more bumpier roads (shouldn’t be a problem here at the moment with the amount of pot holes on the road!) to get a better trial for the unit.
Fitting my Trident exhausts on Wednesday. Busy!

about Fox, is editing easy?
Because in the disassembly manual - reassembly Triumph it seems quite complicated, with the obligation to use a special tool.

Can you give us a quick little tutorial?

You don’t need a special tool to remove the standard shock.
You need to support the back wheel to stop it dropping. I used a scissor jack under the sump and put a wooden block under the wheel.
Remove side panels and plastic surrounds around the air filter. You need to do this to gain access to the large bolt at the top of the shock. This bolt has a washer with a slot in it. A large screwdriver is needed to loosen the slotted washer. This is the special tool Triumph suggest you need. But a large flat head screwdriver will suffice.
Withdraw the bolt.
Then remove the bolt on the bottom of the shock.
Put new shock on and reverse the process for fitting. You may need to slightly loosen the shock linkage bolt slightly so the the new shock fits in.
It is actually quite a simple job.

No problem. It is easier to do than you think. No special tools required but make sure the back wheel is supported under the tyre with a block of wood. This is to stop the wheel dropping once the OEM shock is removed.
