I love the OG bobber but i,m also a chopper guy.. decided to make some changes to the bobber
Forward controls (so my hips can feel better)
high bars (again seating positions )

Decat

BC slash pipes
bobbed fender
new brake light
Sissy bar for camping trips (has to be bent back just a inch or 2 )

will wrap the pipes in gun metal wrap
will change all turn signals sooner the later.. get them smaller

possible pod filters at some point as well
had it re-mapped as well.. a bit better throttle response now.. lost some mid range i think.. but i,ll run a dyno in a couple of weeks to see what has gotten better and what is worse..

Hey Matthew,

Love the bike, except for the sissy bar. Just my opinion of course, but it looks a little Wallace and Gromit to my eyes, and I'd worry about it in the event of a spill: I can see you being carried along with the bike. But I love the stance of the bike, looks great!

yeah the sissy bar is very much a personal taste.. hit and miss.. its still not at the right angle.. but i love the 60s and 70s bikes.. and after camping and riding with a 50lb back pack.. i felt it was needed for me..

some day i,ll buy another one.. and keep it stock.. lol (maybe) as i love the look of the stock bobbers.. but like many.. i just cant leave things alone.. LOL
