Hi,
here's a pic. of my new baby!
I was working as a building surveyor, self employed. I re-evaluated life during Covid-19 and decided to retire early and make the most of life whilst I have reasonably good health. Undertaken a lot of home and garden improvements as well as buying a caravan to enjoy time away during the summer. I am beginning to wonder how I ever had time to work!

Great looking bike!

Thanks for the reply. I often think about what I'd like to retire <to> instead of just what I'm retiring <from>. I cared for my folks full time until they passed a year ago and I wasn't prepared for what to do next. I'm trying to plan my retirement so I don't make that mistake again. I'm glad to hear you're staying active and engaged. I'd like to do the caravan thing too. I have friends all over the US I could visit, as well as France and Belgium.

My sympathies for your loss I'm sure you have a lot of adjustments to make. I think it's imperative to have hobbies and personal goals in retirement to keep both the body and mind active! I wish you all the best. (y)(y)
