Thought id post some progress pics (and maybe some vids) taken at Blom Motorcycles over in Holland by our friend and collaborator Moto.nozem (aka DJ Shoe-Shirt)
We are doing this build hopefully in time for the Amsterdam DGR to show off some of our latest parts

We are starting off with this fine specimen, a rare and worthy beast - she's currently already had some Motone tweaks by her previous owner such as the Voyager rear fender rack which you can see below

Lookin' good guys.

Why did you choose to wrap over paint? And is the tank wrapped as well?

I don't know much about paint so I'm curious.

Speed was primary concern, this bike is going to be unveiled for the Amsterdam DGR (although its getting a fair amount of unveiling right here)

So we dont have alot of time, that being said Remco who helped us with the design also works at a place that does wrapping - so another plus for wrapping - furthermore its cheaper than paint. And the original paint is still intact.

I think all things being equal if you have time to spare paint is probably overall better but wrap is pretty **** good and the best thing about it is not a massive hassle if you dont like it or want to change or adjust it

For our next Trick...

Our latest new design these are the Spatz - new headlight Shrouds to thicken up the Forks and Black them out they come with built in Indicator brackets - as Shown here with our Pico Indicators which have a M8 Bolt the Spatz also work with M10 Indicators and even the OEM Triumph ones!

They come with blanking plugs of which you select the appropriate one depending on your signals

Finally on the road - a few more tweaks to add yet as we get some more new parts ready but these shots show the AJAX rear light brackets pretty clearly as well as the PICO MULTI 3in1 lights

Bike is beautiful. And it gives me some thoughts for mine as well....

BTW, I can't find the rear Shinkos for a 2022 Bobber. I'm only seeing the front tire. Does Motone sell these?

Too lazy to sell tyres for the most part but they are easy enough to get ahold of

For what its worth these are the sizes we are using

Are the Motone branded bar end mirrors on the finished bike preproduction versions of your soon to be released mirrors? If so, do you have any idea when they’ll be available?

They are pre production and the final design we have smoothed out and added a few more curves on the back

We will at best have them ready by August
