On the Bench with a small box of bits! so we begin



Oh just a few bits and bobs!

Some Tweaks already on the bike : Shotblast Ribbed Throttle Body Covers & Roswell Oil Cap

First thing to do - Say so long to that Gigantic rear mudguard/light cluster - I think the stock rear mudguard itself is redeemable without the clown lights but best of all is to make it a bit shorter (or a lot shorter if you live somewhere that isnt where I live in Wales where it rains 366 days a year)

So this mudguard is the longer of the two we do for the rear of the Bobber - still offers some protection from the rain vs our ultra short we call the Razor

As well as the mudguard - you can also see the Black Cylinder Stud Knuckle Caps, Big Fin Exhaust Clamps and Finned Clutch Badge, also the Rad Guard and a Brass Gas Cap.




Here you can see our Bobber Sidewinder License plate bracket, for some reason unrelated to his moustache the license plate light bracket is on the top - in fact it works on the bottom just as well.

We are actually going to end up with 2 versions of this - 1 with a complete tail light (like our Eldorado) and one as pictured here with out.

Ive never been a big fan of the stock seat so it was one of the first parts we wanted to make for the Bobber, due to the fact we had to make the pan out of 4mm thick steel they did take us a liiiiitle longer than planned - but they ready now - we call it the Cobra - its also got some lugs on the bottom in case you want to mount some lights to it

These are the Nautilus -its a full system Tig Welded out of 300 Series Steel using piecuts and some cnc components - its a full system so you no longer need your stock Cat or Xpipe - There is however still a cross pipe connection under the frame in H pipe format with gaskets etc

In case you are wondering "What about the taillights?"

We made some Brackets we call the Ajax that fit around the airbox mounts - however due to being an idiot I accidently sent them 2 right hand sides instead of a pair....





Heres a picture on someone elses bike showing what they would look like if I had actually sent them - This bike is also fit with our Ultra Short rear Fender that we call the Razor

We are planning on doing a Wrap rather than paint - something like this..
