Hey folks.
Long time Harley rider among other bikes. I thought I was done with riding so I sold my Road Glide Ultra a few weeks ago. Well, that feeling only lasted about 24 hours and I was on the hunt for something new.

Just picked this up on Saturday. Holy cow I love this thing. Best handling bike I've ever owned. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't have self-cancelling turn signals. Seems like a good way to have someone pull right out in front of you. Come on Triumph, it ain't that difficult. Other than that, I'm loving it.

Nice looking bike. I went for the Speedmaster.
It never ceases to amaze me the number of Harley riders who dont try another marque just to realise what they're missing.

Have fun

I know exactly what you are talking about!
Welcome to the forum!
Super-nice ride. Welcome to the forum, from the Pacific Northwest.
Having never had a bike with self-canceling turn signals, I've no idea what I am mission. But simply pressing on the switch after having made the turn becomes simple 'muscle memory' with its repetition. No big deal IMO.

Welcome from VA. In addition to the Bobber, I have another bike that has self canceling turn signals. I still find myself pushing the button to turn them off. :ROFLMAO:

Or any **** where else. Yesterday a guy came from 2 lanes over to share my turn lane. We made eye contact and he kept coming even after I blew horn at him. I stopped and let him have the finger salute and he saw me saturate his pretty red tailgate with a mouthful of warm Copenhagen juice.

That's priceless! Thanks for sharing.
I used to dip Cope for decades, until recently. You must wear a half helmet, cuz there is no sptting in a full helmet. 🤣

Now that's funny....and true! Born and raised in Florida. Been here for 67 years. And...for the first 50 years I was driving I never needed a horn. Now I find myself using it constantly just trying to get the idiots out of their iphone coma at the traffic light.

Like Gary says, simple muscle memory. I'll get used to it. Great looking bike Gary!

And Craig, I hear ya'. The Harley thing is much like a cult I must say. It is fun, but I needed something different. And so glad I did.

Thanks for the welcome folks. Greatly appreciated.

Craig, you can say the same for non Harley riders who would never consider an HD. They don't know what they're missing. I've had many bikes since 1966, only one is a Harley. I've had it for 22 years and still get a thrill when I'm riding it. Every bike has it's pro and cons but I love them all.

Now see....that looks a LOT like the 2010 HD Crossbones I had. Loved that bike. Mini apes, tractor seat, big fat tires. Also had a springer front end. It must not have sold that well for HD since it was only around for a few years. But that was one of the main reasons I started looking at the Bobber. Similar but the Bobber handles much better and winds up much faster. Not a great pic but you get the idea.

Welcome from sunny North Texas. My 79 XS 1100 SF Yamaha has self cancelling signals so I know what you mean when you say it "aint that difficult." But I also own three Triumphs so I've got that "muscle memory" thing down cold. Enjoy your new wheels. And since we're sharing photos of other rides, my 79:

I use arm signals more often. I think they can see them better. Most don't have a clue what they mean but know I'm bout to do something.
