Hi, I've had my Bobber Black for a couple of weeks now, and I'm very impressed with it. I'm 48 I've had a good mix of stuff over the years and the Bobber is like a breath of fresh air. I've already decked out both pegs, side stand and left exhaust:surprise:. I didn't mean to, I just went into a few corners a bit too hot, coming off the MT10 I'm having to re-learn my riding style a bit, but that's no problem I've no desire to pull any more 4th gear wheelies. To be honest I much prefer the bobber to some of the fast bikes I've ridden it's not as anxiety inducing, its massive fun doing 'normal' speeds and I've come to appreciate the value of scenery and relaxation. And man does it look and sound good, riding it is actually an occasion.

here's a list of my previous bikes just because.

1998 CBR 900 RRW Fireblade (still own this, had it from new, its been such a good machine)

Yamaha MT10 2017 (psychopath of a bike)

BMW R1200R LC 2016 (absolutely amazing road bike, sounded like a wet fart)

Ducati Monster 1100 EVO 2012 (Amazing sounding and feeling air cooled bike, Ducati reliability....still not convinced)

Harley Davidson Fat Bob 2012 (looked and sounded amazing, didn't handle very well)

KTM Superduke 990 2007 (great fast street bike, inspired confidence, rock hard seat, motocross riding position turned you into a spinnaker)

Suzuki GSX 750 (big and loud and square)

Yamaha RD 250 LC (tuned, lifted in second)

Yamaha RD350 LC (zing, zing.....bang, tinkle...garage)

Yamaha 250 YPVS (great till i crashed it)

Kawasaki KH250 (wish I still had this one)

Honda CG125 (very frugal and cheap to own)

Honda CB100 (first bike, great but indicators packed in during my test)

Welcome to the forum!

The next time I'm in Scotland I plan to visit Glendronach. I love their whisky.

I know a thing or two about whisky, PM me if you plan on coming over, I have some really good suggestions of distilleries to visit.
