Love how the gasser sounds in the higher RPM range when letting off the throttle, always been impressed with systems that Gasser sells. Buddy of mine had a gasser on his T100 and that was always great on the ears :D
i was close to ordering the zards, but luckilly gasser customs got back with me the weekend right after they came out with theirs. i really liked how their exhaust is a more deeper growl and not as raspy as the zards. plus they are a few hundred dollars less! and i liked the plain (no logo on pipe) stock-look (sorry zard - you do have a cool looking logo, but i prefer to have my bike clean looking and not plastered with advertising). i placed my order about 10 days ago and haven't gotten any confirmation yet on when i will get the new pipes. (understandable, since they just came out with them, so they're probably backed up in producing them for all of their new orders). can't wait though!

here's a copy of my post (in the exhaust complilation thread), of gasser customs getting back to me after
the july 4th weekend:

Great news! We just finished our new design for our GC Triumph bobber exhaust and its now available to purchase!! We also have a couple youtube videos (they're available when you click on either link below or on our youtube channel) on how our mufflers sound as well as a DIY install video!

We offer them in two finishes currently. We hope enjoy and thanks for being a GC fan!

Brushed Stainless

Black Ceramic

Also our parts sales are mostly done online but we are also a working shop and do ground up build and custom mods so you can always give us a call to set up an appointment.

DJ if your location was in your signature it might help us understand the wait time?

I'm in CA. Actually just a few miles from Gasser Customs Shop.

(thanks for the reminding me to update my profile info, i'm pretty bad about doing that kind of stuff, i did just update my location though!)
its been over 10 days and no confirmation... uh oh.

good news, got the shipping confirmation from gasser customs.

i had placed the order on july 4th, so it had been 13 days (well with counting the weekends). they stated that the processing time would take normally 5-8 business days, so they actually were right on schedule, so no worries!

being shipped out through usps, so should be getting it soon!

yes, i have the free spirits x-pipe installed, so it should definitely add to the new exhaust sound. will be out of town for a couple weeks (pipes should be waiting for me when i return), so won't be until then when i can install them. can't wait though!
That does sounds extremely nice and it looks great as well. Can't go wrong with that price point either.

Look forward to hearing them & your opinion.

Finally installed the Gasser Customs Exhaust today. Was very easy to do (especially since they have a video on their site that takes you through the simple steps). All I can say is Wow! The exhaust note is much deeper and with a nice growl. Not too loud, but just enough. I have a quick video that shows the comparison of the stock pipes / stock pipes with x-pipe / and then finally x-pipe with the Gasser Customs exhaust. I know the sound isn't really that great with my phone's camera, but hope it gives somewhat of an idea of the progression. You really have to hear these in person to get the full effect. I'm extremely happy with the outcome.

Sir, you are a legend.

X Pipe and standard cans for me I think at least till the neighbours start acting up again then maybe 4 inch turnout slash cut pipes lol
I'm in NYC and I really want some loud ass deep throaty pipes. Seems like the x-pipe and gassers are the way to go, anyone else have any other suggestions? I know there's not a lot of options out yet I've been waiting it out.

In my opinion, I didn't really hear that big of a difference with just the x-pipe. I'm curious to see how the gasser's would have sounded with the stock cat in place, but i had already had the x-pipe installed, so I couldn't make the comparison. Im sure it would still have sounded great. I just read on the exhaust compilation thread that somebody had just ordered the British Customs exhaust that just came out. Anxious to hear/see how they are. Hopefully there will be plenty of more new options coming out in the near future.
Now that I've had a little time to ride with my new Gasser's, I'm really happy with them - a really nice deep tone. I haven't really noticed any real power gains, but I do know that I at least shaved off several pounds due to the x-pipe and the new exhausts (maybe around 5lbs or so?). They do get the occasional "pop" here and there when I let off the throttle and the rpm's decrease and engine spins down. I just had my 500 mile service yesterday, and I asked if they could possible re-flash the ecu to maybe help. It appears that Triumph has locked the ecu on the bobber so they weren't able to to that. They said though they were in progress of some sort of a "work-around". They recommended getting one of those dyno jet power commanders to optimize everything which I may definitely look into. But for now it doesn't bother me that much. Oh yeah, all the service guys at the dealership said the new exhausts sounded awesome!
I'm that guy who just ordered the BC exhaust haha.

I did like the sound of the gassers with the x-pipe. Gonna see how these are but feel like I'm gonna send them back and go with the gassers. I don't know we'll see.

Did you notice a significant difference in the volume with the gassers and x pipe?

Did you order the new British Customs exhaust from their site? I wasn't able to find any info or pictures. I also wanted to see how they looked on the bike.

I posted a video a few posts earlier in this thread to kind of show the differences in the sound of stock vs gassers. Gives some sort of reference to the sound increase. In person, there is a significant increase in volume as well as deepness in tone. I feel it's a good noticeable amount. I also really like the look and shape of the new baffles - it matches well with the bike (i like the look better than the stock bulky slash cuts) . I only wish the heat shield on the right side fit a little bit better (the left side doesn't stick out as much). I'm sure you can probably somehow bend it in to transition a little smoother. Photo attached for reference. This photo's from their site. On my bike it's not as bad, but there is still a little overhang.

I do recommend these exhausts! Especially for like 550 bucks, it's a great deal.
