Anyone interested I just removed the service spanner from my bobber black and reset the next interval for 10,000klm using a $8 bluetooth OBDII ver 1.4 from fleabay, and TuneECU app for my android mobile phone that cost me $15 aud
I was looking at the one from the UK DealerTool but didn't want to pay $130.90 aud..

Why pay the dealer to service the bike when you can do it yourself? and the money I save goes toward my 6 houses and 3 other bikes...
Doesn't it invalidate your warranty if you don't get Triumph to do first service? You can remove icon, but Triumph wont have a record on there system you had a service?

Nope, servicing just has to be done by a 'competent person' - though try pushing that 'my local mechanic is competent if you lunch your engine' (at least in the UK), you can't tie a warranty to servicing by a mechanic at an 'approved dealer' something to do with competition law iirc.
