Checking the tire pressure regularly is crucial to your riding safety. Underinflated tires run hot resulting in the reduced lifespan of your rubber. Besides, in this case, it may be harder to handle your bike. Fuel mileage is also reduced. In extreme cases, you may end up with a blown tire, damaged rim and other problems. In other words, low tire pressure is an accident waiting to happen.

If the pressure is higher than normal, your tires become too stiff reducing the contact patch on the road. It reduces traction and makes your motorcycle unstable on gravel or bumpy road. And there is the probability of a puncture. You would want to have a monitor that can show you the accelerated tire pressure drop so that you could stop safely and fix the problem. In this case, the TPMS Kit by Torxe, which can be mounted on your handlebar, would come in handy.
