I have Motone on 2 of my 1200 twins.

 

If what you're looking at is made of stainless steel, get one that the welds have been passivated or they'll corrode.

 

I suspect you'll be needing those db killers with an x-pipe installed... unless you're already hard of hearing.

I lasted 2 days with the x-pipe and straight through drag pipes.
Far too brutal.
The oem cat went back in until i could buy a pair of Motone Bedlam exhausts.

 

I just got the TEC x-pipe installed on my '23 SpeedMaster yesterday. I immediately noticed the low end throttle response improved (especially the torque assist feature) and the scooter is breathing better on the highway. I left the original mufflers on the scooter and it's a little louder, but the main thing I was going for was to get of heat from under the engine. Sitting at a long traffic light is a lot cooler now...
