Hi there

Seriously looking for bags but not a big fan of the triumph ones. I have a few questions
- brackets : anybody knows what is the reference of the brackets alone? Can't find it anywhere. Should we use triumph only or is there any alternative?
- luggage rack: any option from triumph? So far the only one I've seen on this forum is the Ural one https://www.ural-shop.com/en/luggage-racks/92-luggage-rack-rear-fender-black.html or the one for side car https://www.ural-shop.com/en/luggage-racks/94-luggage-rack-sidecar-fender-black.html
- bags. So far I've found a few options, I'd love to know if anybody have tried them yet or if you have any other suggestions

- pack animal: my favorite so far, but nearly 400$ each. Have not answered my enquiry, not sure if they are still working

- cheaper option at Louis motorcycle, more fabric and less leather, 150?

- all in leather and French made, but 490 ?

- and the legend gear, seems a good quality at 150?

Looking forward to reading your thoughts and suggestions!

Cheers

I made my own bag. Took inspiration from the Triumph bracket and screw on bag.
Used pipe clamps as attachments to the swing arm. 2 on the upper one on the lower.
Used aluminum bar stock and sheet to create a bracket and inner rigidity for the bag.
I'm sure you could do the same if you found a bag that fits the small space.

Well done! I should be able to do the bags myself but do not feel like making the support properly so I'll really have to purchase it!

Great work! I think you also picked a good reasonable size. The original Triumph swing arm bag is ridiculously small though great looking imho.

They look really good, I just like something a bit different :)

I've finally purchased the brackets from my dealer and now looking at getting my bags taylormade.

Can I ask one of you to send me the dimension of the bags (length, height, width) and a close picture of the backside to see how they get attached to the brackets?

I've found the mounting instructions but not the detailed sizes.

Thanks
