The Pure Triumph bag is not all black. They sell the newer style bag which is dark brown flap with black body. A couple of dealers have told me the all black bag is the older style bag and no longer available.

 

Yea I’m trying to find d stock or a second hand one but so far no luck

 

Dropped in on my local Triumph dealer today and saw an all black Triumph tail bag on display. Unfortunately there is a large lake between you and the dealer that makes it inconvenient.:crying:

Not so, the "pleather" is a different surface and reflects light, this is exaggerated in the pic. the canvas absorbs light and gives the appearance of being "blacker". I have seen the olive version and it looks totally different than this bag. I'm just trying to help a forum member find the black bag he covets and I think the only way he will know for sure whether this one is right for him is to go and look at it or have it shipped with the understanding that the dealer will take it back if not satisfied.

I believe that is the same bag I have. In certain light its definitely dark but in the sun its definitely brown. Thanks for checking it out in person. Spoke to Angela in parts. That's the only bag they had in stock and she said said it also looked dark brown just the canvas body is black. Be good if some one with the black bag can post a pic up for comparison.
