That's right, I forget the standard bobber has the 2.5" front. I also thought you kept the rear width stock so yes, it seems like you got some good weight savings all things adjusted.

Yes...I’ve stuck with the stock tyre sizes, F&R but both front and rear look wider on the new wider rims...

Must be to do with how the shape is slightly altered on the wider wheel..

Still haven’t had a chance to ride it been raining all week
