Cleaning up the butt end of the Bobber black....

Did the plate bracket use existing holes left from the tail light assembly?

Yes however the luggage rack required four small holes in the fender for mounting.

That looks fantastic. I have the same parts in my garage waiting for me to get a free few hours to get installed. I may need a hand with the wiring but I have that covered. Thanks for the preview!!
