A 30 mile trip in a torrential downpour occurred for me in the second week of ownership.
Oh what a mess to clean up afterwards; but it was bonding time for Bonevil and I and she handled great in the rain.

In two years I owed the Bobber I never rode it in the rain. In the last two years I never rode my BMW in the sun

Been caught in tropical rain storms often and once did a overnight 400km trip in torrential rain throughout. I use the rain mode and it works great.
