Moved the seat forward and recovered it

The Bobber is great if you are short and I certainly am at 5' 6" but I am proportionally short so while the legs fit, I always felt I was sitting too much on the nose of the seat. I either would have to put on different bars or modify the seat. I had some leftover moose hide from another project.

Stock seat position,,, not my bike but I like the swing arm bag.

Excuse the condensation on the tank.

Now my butt is sitting on all the seat and just not the front

Right on. What did you do to get the seat closer? Drill some new holes?

Relocated the seat pan mounted bolts in the most rearward position they would go and then channelled the tongue support about 12mm You have to change the front mounting bolt so that you can use one that attaches from the bottom ...

I just drilled an extra hole in front of the slot, then used a shorter hex head bolt in from top as it is also the rear fixing for the T120 tank.
Bit fiddlely but do-able.
