What head work did you do? How many beans are you anticipating?

Only the usual flowing & skim, nothing crazy will keep stock cam for now as I think it will be mid/high 90's bhp with improved torque over the whole range.

The head for my R is next, I will get a cam made for that with more duration & overlap, lift is not bad, looking for at least 110 bhp from that.

I'm thinking of doing the same. How much did you skim?. Which gasket?. Looks like sharp edges in the squish area.

A 20% increase in horsepower just by slight head work would mean that there is either a ton of potential power left behind by triumph or you are very optimistic on your results.

I have already messed with the airbox & filter, my own decat & goldie silencers, with my headwork on top of that I do not think my estimates will be far off.

In a couple of weeks the dyno will prove me right. (I hope)

If you end up with those results, a cam change should be extremely impressive.
