Hmmm

I T-Boned a 125 who didn't know what an indicator or mirror is for.

Must say that Daytona boots (even with a stupid price tag) are worth their weight in gold right now, foot the size of a grapefruit but nothing broken, took a gouge out of the boot - think i hit the footpeg foot first and slid up the side of the 125, bobber+fat jock managed to stay up, dinged left mirror a bit more, small scrape on left side panel and new left engine case (/sob). Not worth getting insurance involved in (i was filtering a little spiritedly) and found the bobber is perfectly capable of negotiating London traffic in 2nd gear, pulling away in 2nd gear, and even the light clutch gets a bit heavy when at the 20th set of lights and you cant shift to N as you won't get it out again without reaching down with a hand.

Glad you're OK and on the mend, sorry for the bike damage. I always felt that I heal but the bike damage costs me money. Not so much in my older years. Take care and slow down.

Glad you’re ok.
Daytona make great boots & happy to hear they prevented bad damage.
I hope your foot recovers quickly.

I'm glad you are alright and that there wasn't more damage. I know that you'll get everything sorted out and back to as good as new.

I can't imagine navigating London traffic. I wait to ride until I am a little farther out of town . . . say Scotland or Ireland.

I commuted a few times when there were train strikes, but in those days always had big wide tourers, and so frequently had to duck in to let the crotch rockets filter... Haven't done so for 7 or 8 years at least, and it was mainly to North Greenwich

Glad you're not too badly beat up, I wouldn't do what you do for all the tea in China, hope you mend quickly (although that slows down with age too)

So sorry to hear this mate.

Happy to hear you are for the most part okay. As they often say 'it could have been a lot worse'.

Cheerio,

Roy

Well, good to hear you're on the mend. London traffic is a bear. Worth missing a little riding for the fact that it could have been much worse. Be well.
