Thatís exactly right GBN.
They indeed take quite a while to bed in (as do most new pads on old discs), though these Brembo pads seem to take a little longer than normal.
Definitely avoid grabbing the brakes and donít practice any emergency stops for the first 150KMís.
Once past the 100+km mark start to use gradually increasing pressure on the brake lever and after 250 or 300km+km you should be able to apply and use full squeeze, should you wish/need.

I know itís been quoted before, but I canít find where...can somebody tell me the part numbers for front and rear for 017 bobber; I believe there was someone who was sent the wrong ones?

THIS is the thread youíre thinking about. But refers to the rear pads, as up front i already had the FreeSpirits installed.
After that, I upgraded the rear as well.

The link Eisen referenced, (Caprimoto) is where I bought mine, and they were to me here in Canada in under 5 days if I remember correctly.
