I saw in person the same design on a Harley. Nope, no way they would be on either of my bikes.

Some things just don´t belong on a bike UNLESS they actually work
Finally get rid of some annoying tailgaters!!!!

Looks kike some of the cr_p they would have done on the TV show "American Chopper" where they build what they called choppers. Most of them were monstrosities that were pretty much unridable. The test rides were a 30 or 40 mph ride around the block and even then it looked like it was horrible to the owner to ride.
