I love the idea. I sweat profusely from my head , and therefore ruin helmets regularly. Looks mostly like a normal helmet , but bet it cost as much as a small vacation.
EDIT , not as bad as I thought......
It's like a booster plug , for your head.

It gets hot down there in Georgia . . .

I said "no" because if it is hot enough to need that helmet I'm not going to ride. If it is too hot or too cold I will drive.

If you want to keep your head cool while riding, just use a simple half cap or open helmet and simply use some goggles.
If you're doing it right, a simple open helmet does the job and looks cool on top.
