Riding Styles

I used to ride super sports bikes, then, long break till now. It's the only type of bike I had ever ridden, then, I took the Bobber out last week for a test ride, I kept throwing the knee out when going round corners (I must have looked a right ****). Also my throttle control isn't great ie give it plenty. I was almost riding like I stole it. Anyways anyone else gone from race only to bobber and if so did you eventually change riding style?

Negative, but I went from dirt bikes to street...so not standing or throwing my foot out for slow maneuvering was something I had to stop.
