Cold run out

Finally managed to get a half decent day to take the Bobber out for a spin, cold at 4degC, still the new heated grips did the trick!

Quick video of the xpipe!

Nice pics !
I was out today and hit heavy fog in the morning. Nearly froze my forehead off with the 3/4 Hedon
I know, I know - I have to man up

With the goggles I found it keeps most of the wind off, ended up using a neck warmer to cover my nose and mouth though.

Speaking of which - the Baruffaldis´you recommended are fantastic!
But this morning i went out with sunglasses - as there was no fog over my area. Then it hit suddenly...! Temps dropped by 10 degrees in a matter of moments.
Goretex boots and heated grips worked wonders. But oh, my poor forehead
Its not so much the cold, as the cold/wet humidy mixed with 5 degrees celcius.

Hey guys! I installed the heated grips too! Unbelievable how much heat it is transferred to the body through our well bleeded hands! A must have for everybody! They extend my biking saison by many weeks!

But I will spill another genious secret here for you Bobber Buddies:

When I heard about motorcyles seat heatings on german Saggy Boobs Guzzis, aI bought a cheap heating set for motorcycle seats at Amazon. But unfortunately I couldn't make it fit the Bobber seat. So I had the brilliant idea to put it into the spine protector pocket of my leather jacket. Because I always carry a small backpack when I get on longer rides, this thing warms my back very efficiently! It has a built in protection against overheating, has two heating stages, and it is watertight! I placed the connector below the left back end of the gas tank, and I removed the lock of the connector, so that it disconnects automatically, if I forget and jump off the bike! Works really great! Awesome!

Using the heated grips and my custom heated jacket my biking saison is only limited by ice on the roads!
