Kijima rack: longterm review/opinions?

Hey all,

The next phase of my bobber work is luggage. I love the Bike Brothers rack, but don't want to drill my fender. I'm debating between the Hepco & Becker rear rack, which I'd put on/take off for trips, or the Kijima rack, which I'd likely leave on all the time.

Wondering if anyone's picked up the Kijima rack (link below) and could talk about their experience with it since buying. I read some old threads where folks installed, but wondering how it's held up.

Open to other (non-drilling) rack suggestions as well.

Contemplating luggage options - and never been convinced of panniers or the permanent fender rack. This looks a near perfect compromise.

Hepco and Becker make this rack that looks like it would be pretty easy to add and remove as needed. They also have some great pannier options that you can find on eBay that they do made-to-order.
