Where can I buy another stock gas tank?

I’m interested in purchasing another gas tank for my bike. I currently have a competition green tank. I’m thinking about getting a second tank and having it custom painted so I have the option of completely changing the look of the bike by switching out the tank. I’ve looked on the web but can’t find a source to just purchase a tank. I called my dealer but they were less than helpful in finding a part number or price.

Any ideas? Thanks

If the dealer didn't have a part number, I can't imagine who would. Unreal! If muensterDeath had to make an insurance claim, I'm betting they'd get a part number. Maybe check with an autobody shop?

I didn't make a claim. Going to remove the tank and have the paintless dent folks take a crack at it. 200-300 bones for that, so waiting a while..

Good ole PFEN...always there for part numbers and diagrams! People should start threads title as "PFEN - what is..."

You are a valuable resource!

Could anyone explain why there are TWO part numbers for the same accessory?
For example, a black statement seat (attached below) has 2 part numbers and 2 different prices. I can´t figure out why....
What is a statement seat KIT???

And if i want to order a black seat pan for my Corbin, which part number do i use?

1000 euros for a tank is alot (though i expected that price for an OEM part).
It may be cheaper to find a T120/Bobber/T100 tank from a breakers yard and have that fixed & repainted should you ever wish to change colors.
I (personally) would not repaint the OEM tank, as it will devalue the bike in years to come.
Despite all the modifications i have done, the OEM parts sit neatly in the garage in case i ever decide to sell or revert to stock.
