They work well, I will be doing a post on the install, it was fairly easy on the bobber once I found somewhere to mount the unit, which was surprisingly easy.
Love the look of that rear fender! Makes me wish I didn't already have the Triumph version. My only issue is with the tail lights located so low that the rear tire will obstruct them from the opposite side (can't see the right blinker from the left side). It's definitely a clean look overall.
I’ve done chain swaps on a bicycle a million times but that’s really straight forward. Is it the same for a motorcycle? I’d like to do the black chain and sprocket as well
Nicely done!
But I sincerely hope your customer isn't an MC member; as any kind of muck, gack, kack, and other shitty substances lying around on the street is gonna end up on his colours...:laugh::laugh:
Each to their own but, I've never seen the sense of short mudguards; sorry:laugh:
I prefer my bike to retain a certain level of practicality :wink2:
But... nicely done :wink2:
You should consider ceramic coating those parts, this process is a much thinner coating. there are some critical dimensions on those elements and pc might be too heavy/thick.
I'm not positive but I believe the stock black exhaust on the BB is ceramic coated, use that as a reference. It only comes in matte finish. My stock stainless unit is being done this week.
